Adam Powell
Owner of Powell Fitness and PF Performance
Adam has been in the fitness industry since 1999, working in various leisure and fitness management roles before specialising in personal training in 2004. Already at level 3, he is now looking to gain the top status (level 4) on the REPs register.
A keen cyclist, Adam is also a qualified British Cycling commissaire and recently established PF Performance (www.pfperformance.co.uk) to provide top level products and training to cyclists and other triathletes.
Lindsay Thomson
Cherish Massage
Lindsay (ITEC, CIBTAC qualified) lived and trained in South Africa before moving to England in 2002. Since then she has worked as a therapist in the Cotswolds setting up her own massage and beauty practice in 2004. Lindsay created Cherish massage in 2007 which allowed her the ability to continue to study and introduce new treatments and skills which benefit her clients.
At Cherish Lindsay has created a warm, personal yet professional approach towards her business and clients. She has a beautiful and tranquil room at Parklands House alongside the Zinc Clinic.

Ed Shaw
Ed Shaw was brought up in the Cotswolds, educated at Cheltenham College where he excelled at cricket and several other sports and continues to do so for local Cotswold teams. He then went on to study with Nottingham Trent University and gained qualifications in Sport and Exercise Science with Coaching.
Having qualified in Personal Training to Reps Level 3, Ed enjoys working with a variety of clients, from general muscular complaints to rehabilitating from medical conditions or injuries.
