Distance Training

Distance training is ideal for those who either live to far away from the Cotswolds or want the advice and knowledge of a personal trainer but don't necessarily need the sessions each week.
How does it work?
You can call or meet with one of our trainers to discuss your goals and reasons for training. Next you will have a full consultation which will include posture, flexibility, strength and movement patterns.
After this we discuss the next two weeks and what exercise you are going to undertake. If you are focusing on weight loss you will be given a food diary to fill out daily which is to include everything you eat and drink and importantly the times.
Next... You train!
You will then receive a weekly exercise plan telling you exactly what to do and when. After each session you can call, email or text us to say how you got on. From there, every time you workout, go for a meal, business trip, or holiday you will have the knowledge and support of a Powell Fitness trainer advising you exactly what to do ensuring maximum results but at a fraction of the cost!
